As the owner of Gateway Land and Home LLC, I am excited to announce that Paul Yates has earned his Missouri Real Estate Salesperson License and ready to represent both Buyers and Sellers.
Paul was raised on a farm in eastern Monroe County, MO, and has lived in several places in Missouri as well as Colorado. Paul has been married to Kathy for over thirty years, with seven children and eleven grandchildren. Pike County is now his home.
Paul taught school for a span of 31 years in Ralls, Pike and Lincoln Counties and then retired. He then went to work for the Missouri DOC as a teacher, and supervisor, for over 8 years, where he also retired.
Enjoying work, and staying busy, Paul wanted to try something completely different. Paul has always had a desire to help others and entering the real estate business is another step in doing that. Whether you’re buying or selling, Paul wants to help you navigate and meet your goals in this ever-changing market.
